My coaching style is inspired by:
A decade in advertising sales where I learned the art and science of building relationships. My clients were managing partners, marketing directors, and CEOs.
Ten years inside law firms as a business development manager. I supported practice group leaders, department chiefs, and attorneys at all levels.
Five years as a fractional CMO for a family law firm in a competitive consumer market.
Fourteen years married to a divorce litigator turned mediator. I have a deep appreciation for the work/life “Jenga” of practicing law.
As of 2025, eight years as a coach and consultant helping lawyers and law firms with strategic growth.
