Jen worked with over 70 lawyers on business development strategies and activities at Stoel Rives. These attorneys are located in multiple states and are experts in a variety of practice areas. Jen interacts as a coach. She identifies each person’s strengths (e.g., public speaking, writing, connection through social media), tunes into their objectives (e.g., new client target, expanding work for existing target, creating brand and reputation), and asks thoughtful questions to guide each individual to an appropriate BD activity to achieve success. Jen is adaptable and unflappable. She is fun and connects personally with her colleagues. Our lawyers enjoyed working with Jen and executed successful BD activities with her coaching.
